Pritam has 13 yrs of rich experience in : Industrial Design, CMF design, User Research, Design Storytelling, Design Strategy & portfolio planning, Design Ops, Senior-Stakeholder Management, design-thinking led Innovation & people management

In his current role as a AGM/Deputy Design Director, he is actively spearheading human-centred design process to facilitate innovation across all touchpoints of the product experience journey involving physical and digital products leading to tremendous sales of commercialised products, creation of IP (design registrations & patents) and winning Indian as well as global design awards.
