Executive Intent
Earlier Lloyd was whitelabelling ACs and also their AC remotes. Since there was a strategic shift from whitelabelling to in-house design and development, the same demanded investment in a new AC remote for all ACs ( window & split).
Design Concept
This observation led us to envision an AC with changeable fascia. The interesting part ? Users can buy these fascia panels at a minimal cost from the company website and change the panels themselves. The organisational benefit is that this strategy helped to generate post-purchase business as well.
